This one of a kind jewellery set has a striking pattern of contrasting colours and design.
This pendant bead is air filled and so is lighter than you expect. It also has a curved front surface to give it a pleasing shape. It has a nice patterned finish on the back and a textured surface
This is a unique jewellery set ... truly "one of a kind" as this particular pattern and colour combination cannot be reproduced again. The technique involves impressing patterns into carefully selected layers of polymer clay that are then carefully sliced very thin, placed on a new support layer and then prepared for the next steps.
A shape was then carefully selected and the thin polymer sheet was draped to form a pleasing curve before being cut to trap just the right amount of air to produce the finished shape of the pendant. The pendant has a matching bail which both supports the pendant and adds to it's visual impact. It is designed to be hung from a smooth metal neck piece pictured but can also be hung f.om ribbon, textile, buna chord etc.
The matching earrings are shaped by hand from the same patterns. The wire connections on the pendant are made by hand with tarnish resistant artistic wire.
This item is hand crafted and so has imperfections that add to its unique charm.
